We provide an online platform that allows you to order food and beverages ("Products") from our restaurant for delivery. The legal contract for the supply and purchase of Products is between you and Charcoal grill.
2. Placing an Order
- Your Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for your order, including your name, a valid phone number, and the correct delivery address.
- Order Acceptance: After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation. Please note that this does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to reject an order for reasons such as being too busy, item unavailability, or if the delivery address is outside our service area.
- Age-Restricted Items: If you order any age-restricted items (e.g., alcohol), you confirm that you are of legal age. You may be required to show valid photo ID upon delivery.
3. Prices and Payment
- Pricing: All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and are inclusive of VAT. A delivery fee and service charge may be added to your total.
- Payment: Payment can be made by credit/debit card, PayPal, or Cash on Delivery. For card and PayPal payments, the full amount will be authorized by your bank at the time of order.
- Payment Processing: We use secure third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) to handle online transactions. We do not store your full credit card details.
4. Delivery Policy
- Delivery Area: We only deliver to addresses within our specified delivery radius (approximately 5 miles from our location in Blackpool, UK). Our website will automatically check if your address is within our service area.
- Delivery Times: The delivery times provided are estimates only. While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays can occur due to traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
- Receiving Your Order: You are responsible for being available to receive the order at the specified delivery address. Our driver may contact you via the phone number you provided.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations: You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been accepted by the restaurant (typically within a few minutes of placing it). Once the order is being prepared, we may not be able to offer a cancellation or refund. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately by phone.
- Refunds: We are committed to providing high-quality food. If you are not satisfied with your order due to incorrect items, missing items, or poor quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- We may request a photograph of the issue.
- Refunds or replacements will be offered at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
- Please note that for card payments, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
- Perishable Goods: As we sell perishable goods, you do not have a legal right to a refund if you simply change your mind after the food has been delivered.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use this Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:
- Placing fraudulent orders.
- Misusing the website in any way that could damage or impair its functionality.
- Copying or reproducing any part of our menu, branding, or website content without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Charcoal grill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our Service. Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the order in question. This does not affect your statutory rights.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated terms on this page and note the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
